Nevis Capital partners with like-minded vendors and management teams to provide the right deal for all stakeholders.  We are not actively involved in the day-to-day management of our investments, but provide hands-on support and experience to help management teams when required.

Nevis Capital is a generalist investor and can offer the following:

• To vendors, the opportunity to realise their shareholdings and achieve a deal that meets their objectives.  We can provide a complete exit, or give vendors the opportunity to remain invested alongside Nevis Capital.

• To businesses, the opportunity to access significant strategic, operational and financial support. We provide expertise and growth capital to allow business to achieve their potential.

• To management teams, the opportunity to own and run their own company.  We provide the freedom to allow management to build their company whilst giving support and expertise as required.

We will consider each deal on its own merits.  However, our outline investment criteria are as follows:

• Deal value up to £10m.


• Attractive growth prospects and quality management team.


• Buy-out, Buy-in, and expansion capital opportunities.


• A sector focus on industrial services, energy, engineering and manufacturing.


• Preference for established businesses with some level of asset backing.


• Ability to support and add value.
