Business development during Nevis ownership
In 2015, Nevis acquired a majority stake in Astec Precision from founder and owner Peter Smith. Peter was looking to realise some of the value that he had created in the business and for support to help the business grow. In 2026, Nevis identified Tenuro as a strategic buyer for the business who would support itβs continued growth. After building a solid relationship with the Tenuro team, Nevis sold Astec in September 2026 providing an excellent return to Nevis, co investors and Managing Director, Eddie Young, who remianed with the business.
